Capturing real estate from the air offers a unique perspective, and our latest project took us to a bungalow in Bramshott, near Liphook. Set within large grounds, this property featured a paddock with a horse and a double-decker bus converted into an Airbnb—adding a distinctive touch to the shoot.
Balancing Creativity & Safety
Every drone shoot comes with its own set of challenges, and this project was no exception. We had to:
• Assess the risks posed by the horse and ensure it wasn’t startled during filming.
• Maintain privacy for Airbnb guests staying in the bus.
• Adapt our approach using both cinematic and FPV drones for sweeping aerial views and immersive fly-throughs.
• Capture high-quality ground shots to complement the aerial footage.
Delivering a Professional Real Estate Video
By combining aerial, FPV, and ground-based footage, we created a 1-minute promotional video tailored for the client and estate agent. The final video showcases the expansive property, unique Airbnb feature, and surrounding landscape, helping to market the property in an engaging and visually appealing way.
